Matters Advanced Workbook

The Workbook consolidates and extends the language practised in the Students' Book. It can be used for homework, for further practice in class, or as material to be worked on in a self-access centre. Each Workbook unit consists of work on vocabulary, grammar and reading or writing skills. The Workbook is available with or without a key to the exercises. The Workbook practices and builds on the material presented in the Students' Book. Students revise and extend the language they have learned. There is particular emphasis on the systematic development of vocabulary; as well as extending the thematic vocabulary of the Students' Book, the Workbook also focuses on lexical areas which advanced students generally find problematic.
